Taking a request
PlannedFrom a customer's contact — a call, a message or an employee's request — an employee creates a request with a description, an address and a contact.
- How it is used
- The dispatcher creates the request; if the customer is already in RecUmi CRM, the data is filled in from their card.
- What data
- Description of the work, address, customer contact.
- Benefit
- No contact gets lost in calls and messengers.
Assigning an assignee
PlannedThe dispatcher chooses a technician and a time; the technician gets the request in their list.
- How it is used
- You can see who is free and how many requests each one has.
- Benefit
- Fewer clashes and missed visits.
Request lifecycle
PlannedStatuses from “received” to “closed”: assigned, visit, done. Every change is saved.
- Benefit
- At any moment it is clear what stage the work is at and who is responsible.
The technician working from a phone
Idea, discussed earlier but not yet approved for developmentThe technician opens the request on site, marks the start and end of work and writes the outcome.
- How it is used
- An idea that needs confirmation: we do not promise it for now.
- What data
- Time stamps and the technician's comment.
- Benefit
- The office learns the result at once, not in the evening.
Photos and result
PlannedBefore and after pictures and a description of what was done — right in the request.
- Benefit
- Disputed points are settled on facts, not from memory.
History of work per customer
PlannedAll requests and visits for a customer — in one feed.
- How it is used
- A new technician sees in advance what was done before.
- Benefit
- A repeat call without retelling it over the phone.
Status for the customer
PlannedThe customer learns that the request is received, a technician is assigned and the work is done.
- Benefit
- Fewer “when will you come?” calls.
Documents for completed work
PlannedA document about completed work is prepared in RecUmi Docs from the request data.
- How it is used
- Invoices and completion certificates in RecUmi Docs are a planned capability.
- Benefit
- No retyping of customer and work data.
Repair requests from customer enquiries
Implemented, in testingFrom the conversation the system suggests creating a repair; an employee confirms and creates the request — with a visit date, a state and a link to the customer.
- How it is used
- The request is created by an employee: it is not created automatically from a call. One open request per call, without duplicates.
- Benefit
- A request from a call is not lost.
Installation for a request
Implemented, in testingInstallation is assigned for a request; completion is confirmed.
- Benefit
- You can see that the installation has really been done.
Service record in a measurement
Implemented, in testingA measurement stores the date, the problem, what was done and the amount.
- Benefit
- The history of work at a site is gathered in one place.
Next-step hint from the call transcript
Implemented, in testingThe system determines the topic of the enquiry and its stage by set rules and suggests a clear next step, for example "agree a technician's visit". The employee decides.
- How it is used
- These are rules, not an analysis of the conversation by artificial intelligence: the same text always gives the same result.
- Benefit
- An agreement from a call is not forgotten.
Service history per site
PlannedAll requests and work at a site (address) as a separate picture.
- Benefit
- A new technician sees in advance what was done at this address.
Technician's workplace on a phone
Idea, discussed earlier but not yet approved for developmentA separate mobile workplace for the technician is an idea that needs confirmation.
- How it is used
- We do not promise it for now.
