RecUmi Media · new direction
PlannedRecUmi Media is a planned product of the RecUmi ecosystem for preparing, approving and posting an organisation's advertising and informational materials. The direction is approved, development lies ahead: the product is not available yet, and there are no dates or download button.
Media publishes nothing by itself. Every publication goes out only after an employee with that right confirms it — this is built into the foundation of the product, not added on top.

A single place where an organisation collects photos and videos of its work, prepares texts for different platforms, approves publications and posts them as planned. This is a new planned direction of the ecosystem, not a working product.
Any organisation that wants to show its work and goods: construction and renovation, retail, services, manufacturing, restaurants and cafes, education and other fields.
Every organisation has its own platform accounts, materials, employee permissions and publication history.
No material goes to a platform without a person's confirmation. Each platform has its own rules and terms of access to publishing. We promise automatic publishing only where a full check has confirmed it; otherwise Media prepares the material and a person places it.
| Platform | What is planned | Experience | Mode of work | Stage in the product |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Posts, carousels, Reels and Stories | posted through the official programmatic access | through the official Meta API for eligible business accounts | Planned | |
| Facebook (company page) | Page posts | we have not yet achieved posting to a page | through the official Meta API — needs checking | Idea, discussed earlier but not yet approved for development |
| Organisation website (including WordPress) | Portfolio, articles, pages and media | created programmatically, with the result checked after writing | through the site's CMS API or plugin with the owner's permission; otherwise a ready article and media files for manual upload | Planned |
| Google Business Profile and Maps | Posts, photos, catalogue | posted manually | being clarified against the platform's rules: programmatic access is documented and depends on a verified profile and permissions | Planned |
| Yandex Business and Maps | Posts and photos | submitted manually; our publications went through the platform's moderation | assisted by Media, a person places it; automatic publishing is not confirmed | Planned |
| OLX and marketplaces | Listings with texts, prices and covers | posted manually | according to the platform's access terms | Planned |
| 2GIS | Organisation photos | photos were posted | being clarified | Planned |
| Other platforms and directories | Cards and listings | some cards are filled in, some await registration | added where permitted programmatic access exists; otherwise a ready kit for manual placement | Planned |
"Experience" is what we did ourselves; the access limits were ours, not a property of the platform. A platform will count as supported only after a full check with an authorised test account and a confirmed publication.
The organisation's materials in one place: categories, purpose (process, details, general view, "before", "after"), a quality rating and marks showing where a material was used.
A draft headline, description and hashtags for a platform; editing and the decision are yours.
One material in the right sizes and text length for different platforms.
How the publication will look on each platform, before it is sent.
An approved publication is put in a queue and goes out at the set time, on platforms that allow it.
A history: what was published, where and when. Where the platform reports the result, a link to the material; where moderation is under way, an "under moderation" mark.
Successful materials go into new collections and onto a portfolio page.
An agency or a company with several brands will be able to run several client organisations from one account — without mixing materials, accounts or history. Planned
One organisation may have done the work, another may own the rights to the photos, and a third may publish. Then rights to the materials and attribution are checked explicitly; a logo and name are not inserted automatically. Planned
"Published" is not set by pressing a button — only on the platform's confirmation. Retries and corrections — without duplicates. Planned
| Capability | What it does | Stage |
|---|---|---|
| Export of a ready publication | Where there is no programmatic access — a ready kit: text, images in the right sizes, captions | Planned |
| Library of platform requirements | Formats, allowed actions, limits and moderation of each platform in one place, with templates per channel | Planned |
| Team roles | Author, editor, approver, publisher, administrator | Planned |
| Versions, comments and activity log | Who changed what in a publication, when it was approved and sent | Planned |
| Withdrawing a publication | Taking a publication down — within what the platform allows | Planned |
| Location without an address | The region or city of the work — without revealing the client's exact address | Planned |
| Removing metadata | Shooting details and geotags are removed from public files by default | Planned |
| Verified facts only | Texts are built from the confirmed job card and permitted materials; inventing results, reviews or specifications is not allowed | Planned |
| Publication by voice command | "Prepare a post about the finished site for the website and Instagram" — only a draft; sending it out needs a separate confirmation | Idea, discussed earlier but not yet approved for development |
| Response in CRM | An enquiry that came from a publication is linked to the customer in RecUmi CRM — with permission and without access to other people's data | Planned |
| Brand profile | Logo, colours, languages, region; an optional watermark | Planned |
| Statistics | Figures only where the platform provides official statistics; we do not promise reach or sales | Planned |
The most convincing materials are the result of real work. Media will help assemble a "before/after" story about a completed site, honestly and with the customer's permission.
Planned
If you use other RecUmi products, Media will be able to take the materials of a completed job, within permissions and with the customer's consent.
Planned Media only suggests: a person launches the publication. The links will appear together with the release of the products and the shared RecUmi Core foundation.
Media is designed as a separate product: without CRM, Measure and Service you can connect your organisation's platform accounts, upload photos and videos, and prepare, approve and schedule publications.
A publication is posted only after an employee with the right to do so confirms it. This was also the case in our own practice: publications went out only from approved materials, and we did not do automatic publishing without a person's decision. Planned
Who prepares materials, who approves and who publishes is set by the organisation. Planned
There are no dates: the stages change when the features have been verified.
No. It is a planned product of the RecUmi ecosystem: the direction is approved, development lies ahead. There are no dates and no download button.
Any organisation that needs to show its work and goods regularly: construction and renovation, retail, services, manufacturing, restaurants and others.
No. A publication goes out only after an employee with the right to do so approves it. Where a platform allows materials to be posted through its official interface, posting at the set time is intended; where it does not, Media will prepare the material and a person will post it.
No, we do not promise this: a document, a house number or a car number plate in a frame cannot be reliably recognised. Suspicious frames will be highlighted, and a person checks each one.
Their materials will stop appearing in new publications; what has already been posted is removed by a separate action on the platform.
No. Completed work is not permission to publish. The idea is that photos are published only with the client's consent and without addresses, phone numbers, documents and other personal data.
The idea is that AI suggests a draft text for a platform, while the decision and editing stay with you. This is a planned capability.
No. Media is designed as a standalone product: you can upload photos and videos and prepare and approve a publication without CRM, Measure and Service.
Only your organisation's accounts that you connect yourself. The idea is that the data, files and publication history of each organisation are stored separately.
Where a platform provides statistics, showing them is a planned capability.
No date has been announced. The direction is approved, development lies ahead.
The idea is that an agency or a company with several brands keeps them separate, without mixing materials or accounts.
This is planned. Storage and access rights are being designed so that each organisation's materials and data are not mixed.
A platform counts as supported only after a full check with an authorised test account and a confirmed publication. Until then Media prepares the material and a person places it.
Tell us where and how your organisation shows its work: it will help us make the product more useful.
