How to find a conversation

In short: in the log tap the search icon and type a name, part of a number or a word from your note. Filters can narrow the list further.

What search looks at

Name, number, your note on the call, and the date. The hint in the search box says “Name, number, note”.

You can search by words from the conversation if the recording has been transcribed (see "How to search inside a conversation").

How to use it

In the log tap the search icon.
Type a name, part of a number or a word from a note.
Open the recording you need from the list.
To close search, tap “Close search”.

If nothing is found

You will see “Nothing found for your search “…””. What to try:

Check the spelling; try part of the number or another word from the note.
Reset extra filters: an active filter may hide what you need. The number of chosen conditions is shown on the “Filters · N” button.
You can search by words from the conversation if the recording has been transcribed (see "How to search inside a conversation").

Tip

Add a note or label right after an important call so it is easy to find later.

Privacy

Search works on your phone. Your query is not sent anywhere.
